When we were looking for a dress and rings we just went to local businesses and found amazing things. Both Redford Jewelers and Freshmans are fully equipped to repair and create custom jewelry and were extremely helpful and personable.

Alta Moda was nothing but wonderful each time I went in and was filled with absolutely gorgeous dresses. Alta Moda referred me to their sister shop Lily and Iris to find bridesmaid dresses which was a godsend because finding bridesmaid dresses that are attractive and will fit everyone is a difficult task. At Lily and Iris, I was able to completely customize the bridesmaids dresses to fit all 4 bridesmaids as most of the girls needed a different size bodice than skirt and 1 bridesmaid needed a petite size. They all looked great when they arrived and only slight alterations were necessary.

Millcreek Inn was an easy and perfect choice for us. The venue is removed from the valley which is nice but guests don't have to drive far to get there. The outdoor patio easily accommodated our 125 guests but was very intimate. We also didn't have to worry about tables/chairs/linens or a caterer and the food is absolutely amazing!

Our cake was done by Maha Barrani who we were referred to by a friend who has had her own catering service for years. Our cake was absolutely delicious and beautiful and was also very reasonably priced.

Our flowers were done by a friend of mine, Rachel Osgathorpe, who works at Jolley's Gift and Floral. It was great to have her put together our flowers because I know her and her work... and her work is always very beautiful.

Ben and I were also able to have his uncle, Roger Moore, film the ceremony and reception. This was a wonderful surprise because we had not hired or asked anyone to film. It was a very exciting and very special moment when he asked if he could film the event for us.

I was very excited to have a photo booth at the ceremony. Ben and I got a copy of everyone's photos in a book at the end of the night and it was an absolute hit with young and old alike.

We had a vintage theme at the wedding including old windows from Euro Treasures LLC which created beautiful, interesting accents and had an old typewriter out for guests to type us messages and advice. Everyone wanted to get their hands on the typewriter and it created some funny anonymous words of advice and encouragement.
